Many women and girls of color receive very little support when trying to build a multi-issue, intersectional social justice agenda in their communities and social justice movements.

The National Women's Alliance is committed to fostering and developing the leadership skills of women of girls of color working in various social movements and in community-based/grassroots organizations through training, technical assistance, sponsorship, resources, and information.
